How My Sleep Journey Began

With my second baby, sleep felt impossible. I couldn’t tell the difference between a sleepy cue and just another baby stretch. Naps? Nonexistent. My baby was overtired, bedtime was a battle, and I felt like I was failing.

At just 8 weeks old, she was sleeping 8-hour stretches at night and taking 1.5–2 hour naps during the day.
